Shane Garan possesses extensive experience in sales, operations planning, and analytical roles within the bicycle and chemical industries. Since October 2020, Shane has held multiple positions at Santa Cruz Bicycles, including Global Sales & Operations Planning Manager, Global Forecasting and Analytics Manager, Sales Analytics Manager, and Sales Support Specialist. Prior to this, Shane worked as an Account Manager at Coreoptix, Inc., and as a Project Manager at Process Solutions Inc. In the chemical field, Shane served as a Production Chemist at DyStar, overseeing quality and yields for food grade and technical dyes, and as a Research & Development Chemist at The Shepherd Chemical Company. Shane's career began as a Radiation Technician at Wright State University. Shane earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Wright State University in 2011.
