Currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Applications at Santa Cruz Bicycles, Shyamala has successfully delivered over 20 projects in 2022, demonstrating exceptional leadership and budget management skills. Previous roles include Director of Global Applications and SAP Technical Director, where Shyamala oversaw numerous significant projects that improved operational efficiency and reduced costs. With a background in managing diverse teams and a solid education in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, along with ongoing project management studies at UC Berkeley Extension, Shyamala brings a wealth of expertise to any organization. Additional experience spans roles in various companies, including Toastmasters International and Infinera, showcasing a strong foundation in technical delivery and solution architecture.
