Emeline N.

Emeline N. has worked for various government organizations in different roles. Starting in 2022, they joined the City of Santa Cruz as a Principal Management Analyst. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at the City of Wood Village as an Assistant to the City Manager. Emeline's earlier experience includes roles at the City of Los Angeles, where they worked as a Financial Analyst from 2019 to 2020, as a Constituent Services Manager from 2017 to 2019, and as a Graduate Student Intern from 2016 to 2017.

Emeline N. holds a Master of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. Emeline also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC Irvine. In addition to their degrees, Emeline has obtained two additional certifications. Emeline became a Field Instructor at the University of Southern California in September 2019 and obtained a certification in Human Services Management from The Network for Social Work Management in May 2017.
