Megan Nutt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Megan started their career as the Office Manager at H&H Fresh Fish Co. in 2010, where they were responsible for managing office operations. In 2012, they joined Soil Control Labs as a Biochar Specialist, conducting research and analysis in this field until 2015. In 2015, they took on the role of Office Administrator & Events Coordinator at UC Santa Cruz - Genomics Institute for a short period of time. Finally, they joined the City of Santa Cruz in 2016, starting as a Professional and Technical Assistant before being promoted to a Management Analyst role in November 2017.
