Joey Coffman

Joey Coffman has a diverse work experience in the banking and credit union industry. Joey is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Santa Cruz Community Credit Union since December 2022. Prior to this, Joey worked at Bay Federal Credit Union for several years, holding various roles. Joey served as a Technology Operations Manager from January 2019 to November 2022, where they oversaw the maintenance and enhancement of the credit union's technical assets. During their time at Bay Federal Credit Union, Joey also held positions such as Service Desk Manager, Service Desk Assistant Manager, Senior Service Desk Technician, Service Desk Technician, Member Relationship Specialist, Lead Bank Teller, and Bank Teller.

Joey Coffman completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication and Media Studies at Cabrillo College from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Joey obtained several certifications related to business relationships, facilitation skills, leadership, coaching, creating a positive work environment, and emotional intelligence from LinkedIn, with the most recent certifications obtained in 2021.
