Ashiana Smith

Ashiana Smith is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Assistant and Human Resources Specialist at Dientes Community Dental Care since October 2021. In addition, Ashiana is a Social Work Intern with Santa Cruz City Schools as of August 2023. Previous roles include Community Engagement Intern at Walnut Avenue Family & Women's Center from August 2022 to February 2023, and serving as a waitress and bartender at Sushi Garden from June 2017 to March 2020, along with waitressing at The Point Chophouse and Lounge between January 2016 and August 2018. Ashiana is pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at California State University, Monterey Bay, expected to complete in June 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, as well as multiple Associate of Arts degrees in Communications, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Sociology from Cabrillo College.
