Craig French

Craig French is the Director at Santa Cruz County Bank. Craig has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on banking and mortgage lending.

Craig started their career at Arthur Andersen in 1997, where they worked as a manager for five years. Craig then transitioned to KPMG Audit as a manager for one year before joining Placer Sierra Bank as their Senior Vice President/Controller in 2003. After four years at Placer Sierra Bank, Craig became the CFO of Five Star Bank - California in 2007.

In 2009, Craig left Five Star Bank to join Golden Pacific Bank as their CFO. Craig held this position for one year before moving to Liberty Reverse Mortgage (a Genworth Financial Company) as their CFO in November 2007. Craig stayed at Liberty for seven months before joining Hanson McClain/Liberty Reverse Mortgage as their Manager in March 2007.

In February 2013, Craig joined Inspire Communities as their CFO. Craig stayed with the company for four years before moving to their current role as Director at Santa Cruz County Bank in March 2017.

Craig French has a MA in Economics from University of California, Davis and a BS in Math and Economics from University of the Pacific.
