Shelly R. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset-based lending and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Asset-Based Lending Operations Manager at Santa Cruz County Bank since May 2022, Shelly previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Bridge Bank for two decades, where responsibilities included managing factoring operations and commercial loan documentation. Prior to that, Shelly worked at Silicon Valley Bank as a Documentation Specialist and in factoring operations from April 1994 to June 2002. Shelly’s foundational education was completed at Archbishop Mitty High School.
