Verenise Valentin

Verenise Valentin currently serves as the Assistant to the County Superintendent of Schools at the Santa Cruz County Office of Education, where responsibilities include performing highly confidential and complex administrative duties, coordinating meetings, and managing special projects. Prior experience includes roles as a UC Leads Intern and Graduate Admissions Intern at UCSB, where tasks involved maintaining databases and assisting in admissions processes. Leadership roles include Internal Director for UCSB Lobby Corps, and contributions to local political campaigns and youth organizations. Verenise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Leadership at Bushnell University.
