Carlos Silva

Carlos Silva is an experienced Information Technology Manager currently serving at the Santa Cruz Public Library since May 2022. Prior to this role, Carlos held various positions at the City of Santa Cruz from September 2004 to June 2022, including SCADA Systems and Network Administrator and Network Administrator. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned between 2002 and 2004, as well as an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Cabrillo College, completed from 1998 to 2004.
