Gary Brett Clavio

Gary Brett Clavio is an accomplished professional in planning and design with extensive experience in transportation, urban design, and sustainable development. Currently serving as Planning Manager and Transportation Planning Team Leader at Santa Fe County since April 2018, Gary leads multimodal regional planning initiatives and chairs the SFMPO TCC. As the Principal at Clavio Designs and Planning since April 2001, Gary focuses on architecture, urban design, and transportation planning. Previous roles include Urban and Regional Planner for the New Mexico Department of Transportation, Land Use Planning Consultant for Permit Place, and Urban Design Consultant for Lynx Architecture Studio LLC, among others. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University and an Associate of Arts in Architecture from City College of San Francisco.
