James began the career as an IT Consultant at Sobell Rhodes IT Solutions Ltd from June 2000 to February 2004, where responsibilities included designing networks, installing security measures, and providing IT support to small businesses. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Middlesex University, completed in 1999.
