James Kramer

James Kramer is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in network administration, support, and consulting. Currently serving as an IT Network Administrator at Santa Fe Relocation since March 2013, James has expanded the virtualized environment using VMWare, improved disaster recovery processes, and installed SAN hardware. Previously, from March 2004 to February 2013, James worked as an IT Support Administrator at Mark Warner, focusing on server maintenance, virtual server introduction, and network security through SonicWall firewalls and web filtering software. James began the career as an IT Consultant at Sobell Rhodes IT Solutions Ltd from June 2000 to February 2004, where responsibilities included designing networks, installing security measures, and providing IT support to small businesses. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Middlesex University, completed in 1999.
