John Rason Fcipd

John Rason MA FCIPD has extensive work experience in the field of HR and global mobility. John started their career at Whitbread as a Wine Rack Area Sales Manager before transitioning into HR roles at C&W Group and Ernst & Young. At GMAC Global Relocation Services, they served as the EMEA Business Development Director. John then joined Geac Software Solutions Ltd. as the European HR Director, where they were responsible for ten countries. After an interim role at Convergys EMEA Ltd. as an HR Business Partner, they worked as the Global Mobility Manager (Interim) at Jaguar Land Rover. Rason joined BBC as the International Assignments Manager before returning to Santa Fe Relocation Services, where they held various roles including Director of Business Development and Head of Consulting. John currently serves as the Group Head of Consulting Services at Santa Fe Relocation.

John Rason MA FCIPD completed their education in a chronological manner, starting with their time at Coopers & Coborn from 1969 to 1976. Following this, they attended Loughton College of Further Education from 1976 to 1978, where they obtained an ONC in Business Studies. In 1980, they joined North East London Polytechnic and completed an Associate CIPD Professional Exams. in Personnel and Development, which lasted until 1982. Lastly, they attended Kingston University from 1997 to 1998, where they achieved an MA in Managing Human Resources.
