Karla L JP has extensive experience in the field of immigration. Karla started in 2008 as an Immigration Supervisor, where they conducted casework, attended clients, and prepared cases. In 2013, they became the Head of Immigration, overseeing the department's marketing, contracting work, and supervision of fee-earners and staff. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the UK Head of Global Immigration at various companies, handling department issues, marketing services, recruiting staff, and ensuring compliance. In 2017, they joined Santa Fe Relocation as the Group Operations Global Immigration Manager and later took on the role of UK Head of Immigration. Throughout their career, they have exhibited strong leadership and mentoring skills, as well as expertise in casework, legal document drafting, and client advocacy. Karla also worked as a Freelance Legal and Legal Management Services provider, offering diverse services such as file reviews, training, and temporary support to partners and management.

Karla L JP has completed A Levels in English Literature, Law, and Sociology at Croydon College in Surrey. Karla has also obtained accreditation in the Immigration and Asylum field at the Senior Caseworker/Supervisor Level through the Law Society. Karla pursued a bachelor's degree in Law with Sociology at Middlesex University in London. Additionally, they have received accreditation in OISC Level 3 and LSC Level 2 from OISC. Lastly, they completed their secondary education at St Saviours and St Olaves Grammar School, where they studied Law.
