Frank Ury

Frank Ury has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Frank has served as the President of Santa Margarita Water District since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Client Executive at Computer Aid, Inc. starting in April 2019. Frank has also worked as an Advisor for Cyber Security Policies at Local Orange County Universities since August 2017. Frank served as a Committee Member for the Big Data-Open Data Committee at Southern California Association of Governments from March 2017 to February 2022. Frank was a Member of the Technology Advisory Council at Orange County Sheriff's Department from August 2019 to August 2021. Other positions include being a Committee Member at Orange County Business Council from May 2018 to May 2019, and working in Business Development in the Public Sector at Hewlett-Packard from 2013 to March 2019. Frank also served as a Mayor at City of Mission Viejo from 2004 to December 2016. Frank held the position of Vice President of Technology and Operations at Insurance Company of the West from November 2008 to October 2010.

Frank Ury obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Frank then went on to attend the University of Southern California from 1986 to 1988, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, Frank also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, although specific dates and field of study information for this degree are not available.
