Paul Pender

Paul Pender has work experience as the Director of Financial Planning and Analytics at Santa Margarita Water District starting from December 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President at Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates, Inc. from January 2005 to December 2018.

Paul Pender completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Grinnell College from 1997 to 2001. Paul then pursued further education and received their Masters degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California between 2003 and 2005.
