Tony Hidalgo has over 25 years of experience in the Water/Wastewater industry, currently holding the position of Systems Analyst II at Santa Margarita Water District since November 1989. Responsibilities include maintaining asset updates, generating preventive maintenance work orders, developing standard operating procedures, and managing SQL Reporting Services. Tony is also skilled in maintaining mobile technology and oversees meter reading applications. Previous experience includes serving as QC Manager at Becwar Engineering, Inc., where quality assurance was focused on printed circuit boards, and as a Tour Driver for Contiki Holidays. Tony holds an Applications Developer Certificate from Saddleback College and has completed coursework at UC San Diego, alongside a high school diploma from James Campbell High. Additionally, Tony is CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, and possesses OSHA training with hands-on experience in confined space and respiratory protection.
