Naisy Dolar

Naisy Dolar, M.A., PMP, CGMS, currently serves as the Grants and RESTORE Program Manager for the Santa Rosa County Board of Commissioners, overseeing over $40 million in projects aimed at restoring Gulf Coast natural resources affected by the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. Previous experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at the Business Innovation Center at Gulf Coast State College, where support was provided to small businesses and startups, and as the FL TRADE Program Manager at Gulf Coast State College, focusing on career pathways in manufacturing. Naisy also owned Sweet Racks, a barbecue restaurant, and served as the Director/Community Liaison for the Chicago Commission on Human Relations. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Services from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. Certified as a Lean Practitioner and skilled in project management, Naisy brings a diverse background in community service, business development, and educational program management.
