Betsy Fischer

Betsy Fischer is an experienced culinary educator and program coordinator at Santa Rosa Junior College since August 2000, specializing in the business and service aspects of the culinary arts. Betsy has held multiple roles, including Instructor for the Culinary Arts Program, Front House Manager at the SRJC Culinary Cafe, and Program Coordinator for various Front House Operations and Restaurant Management certifications.
