Clea Felien

Clea Felien is an experienced art educator currently serving as a Professor of Art at Santa Rosa Junior College since January 2023. With a background that includes roles such as Professor of Art at Art since August 2007 and Assistant Professor at Sonoma State University until December 2023, Felien has a deep commitment to teaching various levels of painting, drawing, and art theory. Additional experience includes mentoring graduate students at Vermont College of Fine Arts, Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and serving as a Visiting Artist at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Felien holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Painting & Art Theory from Vermont College of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Drawing & Printmaking from Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
