Kelly Givner

Kelly Givner (Farrell) is an experienced Learning Experience Designer and educator with a strong background in instructional design and teaching. Currently employed at National University since May 2022, Kelly creates interactive eLearning courses by applying the Agile Design Model and adult learning principles. Previous roles include serving as an ESL Adjunct Instructor and Instructional Designer at Santa Rosa Junior College, where course design incorporates the ADDIE Model and current adult learning pedagogy. Kelly has developed curriculum for Cambly Inc. and taught various ESL courses at multiple institutions, including Cañada College and San Francisco State University. Educational qualifications include an MA in English with a focus on Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from San Francisco State University and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin Stout.
