Nick Neisius

Nick Neisius serves as the State Commissioner for Cal Ripken Baseball in Northern California, overseeing the organization’s operations, tournaments, and ensuring compliance while fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for youth athletes. Additionally, Nick teaches as an Adjunct Faculty member at Santa Rosa Junior College, focusing on topics such as Principled Policing and Cultural Diversity at the Basic Police Academy. With extensive experience in law enforcement, Nick holds positions as Police Corporal and Detective with the City of Mill Valley and has held leadership roles within the Mill Valley Police Officers Association. Previous experience includes serving as Disaster Program Manager for the American Red Cross, where oversight of disaster preparedness initiatives was key, and as Fire Chief for Valley Ford Fire Department, responsible for strategic leadership in multiple areas of fire services. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
