Robert F. Borgognoni

Robert F. Borgognoni is a seasoned professional in real estate education and appraisal, currently serving as a Real Estate Instructor at Contra Costa Community College District and Santa Rosa Junior College since 2015 and 2017, respectively. Borgognoni has an extensive background in academia, having previously held an adjunct faculty position at Santa Rosa Junior College from 2002 to 2011. Additionally, Borgognoni was a Board Member at the Real Estate Appraisers Association from 2008 to 2018 and worked as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Exchange Bank between 2008 and 2011. Earlier experience includes serving as a Commercial Review Appraiser at GreenPoint Mortgage from 2000 to 2005. Borgognoni holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate from San Diego State University, obtained between 1980 and 1982, and further education at Saint Mary's College of California from 1997 to 1998.
