Stephen Herndon

Stephen Herndon has extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, serving as the Real Estate Program Coordinator-Instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College since January 1986 and as a Senior Loan Officer at American Pacific Mortgage since March 2007. American Pacific Mortgage is recognized as a leading mortgage banker in the Western United States, dedicated to supporting mortgage professionals and home buyers. Stephen holds two Bachelor's Degrees in Economics and Management from Sonoma State University, as well as an Associate's Degree in General Education from Santa Rosa Junior College.
