Vanessa Luna

Vanessa Luna currently serves as the Dean of Instruction and Enrollment Management at Santa Rosa Junior College, a position held since March 2013. In addition to this role, Vanessa has also acted as the Director of Dual Enrollment Pathways and Partnerships and the Director of the Gateway to College Academy, which supports students aged 16-20 who are behind in high school credits. Prior to this, Vanessa was the Dean of Student Services at Napa Valley College from August 2010 to March 2013 and worked as a Counselor and Instructor for the Napa County Office of Education from October 2001 to October 2010. Additional experience includes positions as Education Coordinator for the Gang Violence Suppression Program at Wolfe Center, Aldea Children & Family Services, and Education Manager at Community Action of Napa Valley. Vanessa holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, earned between 2004 and 2008, and completed studies at Alliant International University-Fresno from 2002 to 2004.
