James Vickers, MBA has an extensive background in law enforcement and military service. Currently serving as a Training Sergeant and SWAT Sergeant at the Santa Rosa Police Department, where James leads a team dedicated to high-risk operations. Previously, James has held roles as a Patrol Sergeant, SWAT Officer, Patrol Officer, Violent Crimes Detective, and Gang Detective, showcasing their diverse skill set in law enforcement. With a background in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain, 1st Lieutenant, and 2nd Lieutenant, James brings leadership and strategic thinking to their role. James is currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Adaptive Leadership at Golden Gate University.
