Marcus Sprague is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as the Vice President of the California Association of Tactical Officers since January 2019 and as an Instructor at FIELD COMMAND LLC since February 2018, specializing in Tactical Science. In addition to these roles, Sprague has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College since May 2019 and an Instructor at the California Association of Tactical Officers since March 2018, focusing on vital topics for SWAT team leadership and decision-making. With a longstanding career at the Santa Rosa Police Department since 1998, Sprague has held various positions including Sergeant, Lieutenant, and roles in the SWAT team, contributing expertise in supervision, investigations, and tactical operations. Academically, Sprague earned a Master of Science in Law Enforcement Public Safety Leadership from the University of San Diego in 2019 and holds a degree in Business Administration from California Coast University.
