Wayne Corso

Wayne Corso is an accomplished mining industry professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. since August 2022, Wayne previously held the position of VP Engineering at JDS Energy & Mining from October 2007 to August 2022. Additionally, Wayne owned a Fred Astaire Dance Studio from 2014 to 2016 and worked as a Mine Engineer at BHP Billiton from 1990 to 1998. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, attended between 1982 and 1984, and has educational experience from Fairfield University from 1977 to 1979.
