Federica Salamina

Federica Salamina is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Outpatient Operations Manager at Santagostino since November 2019, where responsibilities include managing non-ordinary processes and nursing operations. In parallel, Federica has been a host for Airbnb since July 2019 and was a finalist at StartCup Bergamo in 2019 for the CareToGo project, which focuses on optimizing private home care through digital solutions. Previous experience includes participation in the HC.Lab at the Center for Young and Family Enterprise, aimed at fostering health innovation, and an internship at Humanitas Gavazzeni e Castelli, where Federica developed a database for quality control in radiology.
