Angel Uzquiza

Angel Uzquiza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Angel started their career in 2001 as a Técnico de Selección de Personal in different companies before moving to Linea Directa Aseguradora, where they served as an Innovation Manager responsible for strategic planning, development, and execution of innovation projects. Angel also worked in personnel selection and human resources during their time at Linea Directa Aseguradora. In 2015, they became a professor of Innovation at the Bankinter Foundation of Innovation and a mentor and learning facilitator at Global Alumni. Angel also served as a corporate director of innovation at Santalucía Seguros, where they focused on strategic planning and the implementation of innovative products, processes, and services. In 2016, they took on the role of director and mentor of the startup acceleration program santalucía IMPULSA. Angel has also held advisory roles, serving as a member of the Board of Advisors at Insurtech Community Hub. Lastly, they were a professor and mentor at EOI Escuela de Organización Industrial, teaching executive programs in customer experience.

Angel Uzquiza completed a Master in Marketing Digital at thePower from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, Angel completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at thePower. In 2018, Angel also attended Deusto Business School for a program on Investment Management in Startups. In 2014, Angel completed an Executive Program in Customer Experience at Escuela de Organización Industrial, and in 2015, received a Professional Certification in Customer Experience from Asociación DEC. Angel earned a Master's degree in Business Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2011, and also completed a program on Innovation 360° Akademia at the same university from 2011 to 2012. Angel's educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, which was obtained from 1996 to 2001. Angel has an additional certification as an Expert in Business from ThePowerMBA, obtained in 2018.
