Javier Molera del Hoyo

Javier Molera del Hoyo is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational management and telecommunications. Currently serving as Director de Organización y Procesos at santalucia seguros since September 2004, Javier oversees the Areas of Organization and Processes, including the departments of Processes, Demand Management, and Corporate Project Office. Previously, as Responsable Departamento de Telecomunicaciones, Javier defined and implemented telecommunications projects within the organization and contributed to project management methodologies in the Technology area. Early career experience includes a position as Técnico Implantación Telecomunicaciones at Senado Español in 1997. Javier holds a Master’s degree in Management and Direction of Information Systems from Instituto de Directivos de Empresa (IDE-CESEM), a Master’s in Professional Insurance Management from ICEA, and a Licentiate in Computer Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
