Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana runs an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutrióloga in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university-level courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Alimentación, nutrición y bienestar from Universidad del Centro de México.
