John Boily, MBA, possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as F&B Everyman at The Santaluz Club since May 2013. Prior to this, John was the General Manager at Savory Casual Fare from February 2006 to December 2010, where management of the front of house operations was key in delivering a casually elegant service vibe. Additionally, John held the position of Department Head at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 1997 to 2005. Academic achievements include an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2000 and 2002.
