Stephan Olivier

Stephan Olivier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client care and communication. Currently serving as the Client Care Media Manager at Santam since January 2011, Stephan is responsible for managing all media service related communications, particularly in the social media sphere, focusing on resolving issues promptly to prevent viral escalation. Prior to this role, Stephan contributed as a Mobile Loss Adjuster at Santam Ltd from July 1997 to December 2010, where responsibilities included assessing property damage and facilitating efficient claims resolution. Additionally, as a member of the ISTP project team, collaboration with the IT department was key in developing and implementing a new workflow system. Stephan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Stellenbosch University and completed Matric at Dirkie Uys High School.
