Oguzhan Erim

Oguzhan Erim is a seasoned venture capital investor currently serving as a VC Investor at Santander InnoEnergy Climate Fund since January 2025. Prior roles include Senior Investment Manager at EIT InnoEnergy from March 2023 to January 2025, where Oguzhan reviewed investment opportunities and was part of the pre-investment assessment committee. As a Business Development Officer, Oguzhan supported InnoEnergy portfolio ventures in the Scandinavian market. Additional responsibilities include being a board member at CorPower Ocean, overseeing innovations in wave energy technology; a board observer at Novatron Fusion Group AB, focusing on fusion reactor design; and serving on the advisory board of EuropeWave, which develops wave energy technologies. Oguzhan holds an MSc in ICT Entrepreneurship from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and completed an Executive Program in Finance for Business Creation at Esade.
