Mariusz Figlus is an experienced Senior UX Designer who has worked in various prestigious banks such as Santander Bank Polska, PKO Bank Polski, and mBank S.A. Mariusz has extensive experience in leading cross-division UI/UX teams, conducting UX research and usability tests, designing prototypes and graphic elements, and optimizing forms. Additionally, Mariusz has also served as a Project Manager in the New Web Forms Layout project, overseeing the design and development of new web forms layouts. With a background in Mathematics from the Technical University of Lodz, Mariusz brings a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set to their roles.
