Szymon Kośnik

Szymon Kośnik currently serves as the Head of Risk Retail Portfolio at Santander Bank Polska, where responsibilities include leading teams focused on portfolio management, risk models, and cross-functional IT and business initiatives. Prior roles at Santander include Business Chapter Leader, overseeing credit decision algorithms and digital transformation, and Portfolio Risk Manager, managing agile teams and stress test modeling. Szymon's experience also includes a position at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. as a BI and Risk Management Specialist, where tasks involved scorecard calibration and project management, as well as an internship at DeLaval.
