Amanda Cook

Amanda Cook has extensive work experience in the legal field. Amanda is currently employed as a Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel at Santander Bank, N.A. Since 2019, Amanda has held various roles at M&T Bank, including Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Vice President, Assistant General Counsel. Prior to that, they worked as a Vice President, Counsel at TIAA Bank from 2014 to 2019. Amanda began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Combs Greene McLester in 2011 and Dougherty, Leventhal, and Price, LLP in 2006.

Amanda Cook studied at the New York Law School as a visiting student, focusing on Corporate Transactional Practice. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in the same field at Florida Coastal School of Law. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Amanda has also obtained certifications as an Attorney from both The Florida Bar and The New Jersey Bar.
