James Duggan

James Duggan is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in the banking and investment management sectors. Currently serving as an Auto Lending Finance Partner at Santander Bank, N.A. since December 2014, James has led budget planning processes and has been instrumental in the growth of the Auto Loan business portfolio from $8B to $11B. Prior roles include Sr. Business Finance Analyst and Business Finance Analyst at Santander, where James developed P&L allocation models and managed staffing models for a large organization. James holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Nonprofit Management from Boston University and a BBA in Finance from UMass Amherst. Early career experiences include positions at Boston Financial Investment Management and Biogen, as well as an internship at Just A Start.
