Santiago Alvarez

Santiago Alvarez has held various roles throughout their work experience. Santiago most recently worked at Santander Bank, N.A. as a Vice President in CRE Underwriting & Portfolio Management. Prior to that, they worked at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC, where they held positions such as Senior Director, Director, Associate Director, Associate in CMBS, Senior Analyst in CMBS, and Analyst in CMBS. Santiago also has experience working at SEI as an Accounting Analyst in Alternative Investments.

Santiago Alvarez pursued their undergraduate education from 2008 to 2012 at Penn State University. Santiago graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, majoring in Finance, General. Additionally, during the same period, Santiago also obtained another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Penn State University.
