Scott Vieira

Scott Vieira serves as the SVP, Branch Transformation Director at Santander Bank, N.A. since June 2015, where responsibilities include directing the Branch Transformation strategy, overseeing branch and ATM distribution strategies, and managing change leadership initiatives. Prior to this role, Scott was the Market Planning Manager at TD from May 2014 to June 2015, focusing on strategic market plans for the bank's store and ATM portfolio. Scott's extensive career includes over 15 years at Citizens Financial Group, where roles encompassed SVP, Director of Partnership Strategy & Emerging Formats, and various VP positions, leading retail management efforts, optimizing customer experience, and driving productivity in the in-store banking sector. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Finance and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as education from Babson College and the New England School of Banking.
