Sergio Iran Méndez Viscencio

Sergio Iran Méndez Viscencio is an experienced professional with a strong background in program and financial management, agile coaching, and technical consulting, currently serving as the US API Platform Manager at Santander Bank, N.A. since September 2020. With prior roles as Service Manager and Scrum Master at Santander US, Sergio has effectively led decision-making, issue resolution, and managed Scrum ceremonies for the API Platform Team. Additional experience includes roles as Nucleus Services Designer at NEORIS, Customer Success Principal at Aurea Software, and Senior Consultant at TIBCO Software Inc., along with extensive consulting and architecture work in service-oriented architectures (SOA).
