Rodrigo Villela Santos

Rodrigo Villela Santos serves as Chief Technology Officer and Head of IT Architecture at Santander Deutschland since May 2024, following a tenure as IT Infrastructure Director at Santander Consumer Technology Services GmbH from November 2018 to May 2024. Previously, Rodrigo held various leadership roles at Produban, including IT Infrastructure Director and Head of End User Technologies & Telecommunications, managing IT services for Grupo Santander in Germany. Rodrigo's extensive experience spans over two decades, encompassing roles in digital channels, project management, and system integration within the Santander Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Quality Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
