Juan Manuel Roldan Carretero is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics, innovation, and digital transformation within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Data Analytics, AI & BI at Santander Consumer Finance since 2014, Juan Manuel focuses on leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance financial decision-making and business growth. Previously, as Head of Innovation & Digital Transformation, Juan Manuel spearheaded the development of new banking products and evaluated fintech opportunities. With a strong foundation in strategy and business development, Juan Manuel has also held important roles at Grupo Santander, Applus, A.T. Kearney, and SIDSA. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, a Master in Data Science from MBIT School, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University.
