Joel Ferreira currently serves as Process Engineer Manager at Santander Digital Services, overseeing process transformation initiatives across various geographies and utilizing advanced data techniques to identify business value. Previously, Joel held the position of IT Country Manager (CIO) at Santander Global Operations, responsible for the Portuguese IT department and local teams in a cross-country setting. Prior to that, Joel worked at Geoban SA as Control and Efficiency Manager, leading efficiency projects and managing the local Control and Efficiency team, as well as serving as Project Manager and Team Leader.
