Oscar Gonzalez

Oscar Gonzalez serves as the Transformation Lead and Agile Chapter Lead at Santander Digital Services, focusing on enhancing business value through an adopted framework in the Rates/Credit Tribe since November 2021. Concurrently, Oscar has been a Professor and Agile Methodologies Tutor at EAE Business School since June 2019, specializing in various Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Prior experience includes a significant role as People & Business Manager and Agile Coach at Entelgy from December 2008 to November 2021, where Oscar facilitated the integration of Agile methodologies and supported the company's certification as a silver-level maturity organization. Earlier roles in human resources from 2005 to 2008 involved recruitment and department development across several organizations, including Grupo SMS and Ibermatica. Oscar holds a degree in Licenciatura en Psicopedagogía, Orientación Laboral from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
