Jørgen Claudi Nygaard-Stenseth has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Jørgen Claudi began their career in 1997 as a Markedssjef at Japan Photo Holding Norge AS and worked in this role until 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Capgemini Consulting, initially as a Senior Consultant and later as a Managing Consultant.

In 2014, Jørgen joined Santander Consumer Bank as the IT Director for the Division Norway, responsible for IT operations in the country. Jørgen Claudi then became the IT Director for Santander Consumer Bank AS in Norway, where they were a member of the local management team. During their tenure, they contributed to the company's development and growth in the consumer finance market.

In 2019, Jørgen took on a new role as the Head of IT / Business Development at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics. Jørgen Claudi was later promoted to the position of Head of IT Banking Applications in 2022.

Throughout their career, Jørgen has gained valuable expertise in IT management, business development, and consulting. Jørgen Claudi'sexperience in various industries and organizations has equipped him with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the banking and finance sector.
