Malin Werner Halvorsen has extensive work experience in the financial and consulting sectors. Malin started their career at Deloitte Norge, where they worked as a Senior Associate for six years, gaining experience in auditing and providing services to various companies, including those in the retail, hospitality, non-profit, media, and PR industries. Malin then moved on to become a Manager at Deloitte Norge's Business Process Solutions department, where they were involved in the strategic development of the business area and had responsibilities such as project management and personnel management. In 2019, they joined Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics, initially working as a Finance Program Manager before progressing to positions such as Nordic Accounting Control Director, Interim Nordic Chief Controlling Officer, and Nordic Head of Business Control. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Operating Officer at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics.
Malin Werner Halvorsen attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2007 to 2012, where they received a Master of Science in Business and Economics with a focus on Økonomi.
