Currently serving as Sales Leader and Partner Development Manager at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics since January 2020, Tom has previously held roles such as Brand Manager and Sales Representative at Santander Consumer Finance Oy, along with experience as Sales Support Specialist in Poland. Tom's early career includes positions at Indoor Group Oy as an interior design salesperson and store manager's stand-in, and as Sales Manager at DUUNIEXPO. Tom has a strong academic background with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development, along with various exchange studies at leading institutions including ESSEC Business School and Glasgow Caledonian University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Communication from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
