Carolina Mota

Carolina Mota is an experienced professional in service management and process automation, currently serving as the Head of Service Management and Automation at Santander Portugal. Previously, Carolina held the roles of Product Owner for both the Personal Loan Process and the Mortgage Loan Process. Prior to joining Santander, Carolina worked as a Monitora/Animadora at Praznik. Carolina Mota holds a Master's degree in Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, completed between 2011 and 2013, and furthered education at Nova School of Business and Economics from October 2019 to October 2020.
